7-day exchange

Not in love with your frame? Unworn frames in original condition and packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Prescription lenses

Lenses are made to your prescription and can’t be returned. If there is a manufacturing error on our side, or your prescription was entered incorrectly by us, we will remake your lenses free of charge.

Adaptation guarantee

New progressive or high-power lenses can take up to two weeks to get used to. If you still struggle after 14 days, visit us and we’ll check and adjust them.

12-month frame warranty

All frames are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects such as broken hinges or coating peel. Accidental damage is not covered, but we offer discounted repairs.
